1. Products & Orders

• We sell sports and outdoor products: action cameras, bicycles (including e-bikes), and intelligent cycling glasses.

• Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

• Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings.

• We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS

For Action Cameras (Battery & Electrical Safety):

• Use only approved chargers and cables.

• Do not expose to extreme temperatures.

• Do not disassemble or modify the battery.

• For water-resistant models, ensure all seals are closed before water exposure.

• Dispose of batteries according to local regulations.

For Bicycles (16 CFR Part 1512 Compliance):

• Read all assembly instructions carefully. Improper assembly can cause serious injury.

• Inspect brakes, reflectors, and tires before each ride.

• Ensure all reflectors are properly installed and clean.

• For e-bikes, follow battery charging instructions – do not leave charging unattended.

• Children's bicycles: Supervise children during use. Ensure proper fit and functioning brakes.

• E-bike classification labels are permanently affixed as required by state laws. Do not remove.

• Wear a CPSC-certified helmet at all times.

For Intelligent Cycling Glasses (FCC & Safety Compliance):

• For Bluetooth models: This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the condition that this device does not cause harmful interference.

• FCC ID is printed on the product – do not remove.

• Impact rating: Lenses meet ANSI Z87.1 for impact resistance, but are not unbreakable. Replace if scratched or cracked.

• Do not wear while driving (distraction hazard).

• Keep charging port dry; do not charge if wet.

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.

5. Children's Product Certificate (CPC)
For bicycles intended for children 12 and under, we provide a Children's Product Certificate (CPC) based on third-party testing at a CPSC-accepted laboratory. This includes testing for:

• 16 CFR Part 1512 (bicycle safety)

• CPSIA lead limits (<100 ppm) and phthalates (<0.1%)

• 16 CFR Part 1130 (tracking labels)

Permanent tracking labels with manufacturer name, production date, and batch number are affixed to the product and packaging per 16 CFR Part 1130. 

6. California Proposition 65 Warning
Some products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning will be displayed on product pages and packaging.

All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper assembly, failure to follow safety warnings, battery incidents, accidents).

Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
