FAQ
1. How long does shipping take?
Processing: 1-3 business days. Shipping: 5-10 business days (contiguous US). Bicycles may ship via freight with extended delivery times (7-20 business days). You'll receive tracking via email.
2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout based on weight/destination. Bicycles have separate freight charges. Free standard shipping on orders over $[amount].
3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, only to the contiguous 48 states.
4. What types of action cameras do you offer?
We offer action cameras for outdoor and sports use. All our action cameras comply with FCC Part 15 for wireless functionality and UL 1642 for lithium battery safety.
FCC Requirements: Action cameras with Wi-Fi or Bluetooth must have FCC ID certification, including RF output power, spectrum width, spurious emission, and frequency stability testing per FCC Part 15.247. For 5GHz models, DFS and TPC requirements also apply. The FCC ID must be permanently printed on the product.
Battery Safety: All cameras contain lithium batteries that comply with UL 1642 safety standards for lithium batteries (short circuit, abnormal charging, crush, impact, forced discharge, and round bar crush tests). For air transport, UN38.3 test reports are provided.
5. What types of bicycles do you offer?
We offer adult bicycles and e-bikes. All our bicycles comply with 16 CFR Part 1512, the CPSC mandatory safety standard for bicycles.
16 CFR Part 1512 Requirements:
-
Braking system performance – handbrake actuator dimensions and stopping distance tests
-
Structural integrity – frame fatigue testing, fork cantilever bending tests
-
Reflector devices – front, rear, pedal, and spoke-mounted reflectors meeting specific candlepower requirements
-
Chain guard protection – for bicycles without a protective guard between chain and front sprocket
-
Toe clearance – sufficient clearance between pedal and front tire
-
Assembly instructions – proper assembly, adjustment, and maintenance guidelines
-
Protective guards – exposed bolts and fasteners must not protrude dangerously
E-bike Requirements: Our electric bicycles are Class 1 or Class 2 (motor assist ≤20 mph, motor ≤750 watts). They comply with EPAC regulations and include permanent classification labels showing class, top assisted speed, and motor wattage. Some state laws (effective Jan 1, 2026) require manufacturers to label each e-bike with specific information regarding its characteristics.
Bicycle Lighting: All bicycles are equipped with reflective devices meeting CPSC requirements: spoke-mounted reflectors centered within 76 mm (3.0 in.) of the inside of the rim, visible from each side of the wheel. Front and rear reflectors are also included.
Children's Bicycles (if applicable): For bikes intended for children 12 and under, we provide a Children's Product Certificate (CPC) based on third-party testing at a CPSC-accepted laboratory. These products also comply with CPSIA lead limits (<100 ppm) and phthalate restrictions, and include permanent tracking labels (manufacturer, production date, batch number) per 16 CFR Part 1130.
6. What types of intelligent cycling glasses do you offer?
We offer smart glasses with Bluetooth connectivity, impact-resistant lenses, and UV protection.
FCC Requirements: Smart glasses with Bluetooth require FCC Part 15 certification (Subpart B for EMC + Subpart C for intentional radiators). Testing covers RF output power (2.4GHz ≤100mW), frequency range, modulation, and radiated emissions. The FCC ID must be printed on the product and packaging.
Impact Protection: Our lenses meet ANSI Z87.1 safety standards for impact resistance, UV protection, and optical clarity. Compliant glasses bear "Z87" markings (or "Z87+" for high impact). This is a voluntary industry consensus standard for sports and safety eyewear.
Battery Safety: Smart glasses with rechargeable batteries comply with UL 1642 for lithium cell safety.
7. What are the compliance requirements for wireless devices?
| Product | Standards | Key Requirements |
|---|---|---|
| Action Cameras | FCC Part 15.247 (Wi-Fi/BT), UL 1642 | FCC ID, RF power, spurious emissions |
| Bicycles | 16 CFR Part 1512, CPSIA (children's), EPAC | Brakes, reflectors, chain guard, structure |
| Cycling Glasses | FCC Part 15B+15C, ANSI Z87.1 | FCC ID, impact resistance, UV protection |
8. Do your action cameras have FCC ID?
Yes. All action cameras with wireless functionality have FCC ID certification per FCC Part 15.247. The FCC ID is permanently printed on the product and packaging. Certification includes RF output power testing, spectrum width verification, spurious emission testing, and frequency stability evaluation. For 5GHz models, DFS (Dynamic Frequency Selection) and TPC (Transmit Power Control) testing is also required.
9. Do your e-bikes require UL certification?
While not mandatory, UL 2849 (Electrical Systems for e-bikes) is strongly recommended and required by many retailers (including Amazon). Our e-bikes meet UL 2849 safety standards for electrical systems, batteries, and chargers.
